Client: Rumpl
Concept: Wherever You Go, There It Is.
You can’t always control where you sleep. But you can control what you bring with you.
Wherever you go there it is.
The Meaning Behind the Shoot
This campaign flips the old phrase “Wherever you go, there you are”—which usually refers to your inner struggles following you—to reveal something refreshing: what if what followed you was actually a solution?
Not a burden. Not a problem. Just comfort. This series captures those real-life moments when your body says “I’m done”—and the blanket quietly saves the day. It’s light, visual, subtle, and honest.
Client: Woolly Clothing
A Partnership in the Elements
For the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with the team at Woolly Clothing to help bring their vision of sustainable, high-performance apparel to life. As both a photographer and an ambassador, my goal is to document how their gear performs in the rugged, unpredictable landscapes we call home.
The Vision
Working with the founders and the social media team at Woolly has been a blast. I’ve always been a proponent of "analog" experiences and disconnecting to reconnect with nature; Woolly’s commitment to plastic-free, environmentally safe clothing aligns perfectly with that ethos.
The Locations: Form Meets Function
I carefully selected these spots to mirror the "rugged yet breathable" nature of the Woolly lineup:
Mount Baker: Nothing tests a base layer like a PNW winter. I chose the high-alpine terrain to showcase how 100% Merino handles the bite of the wind while remaining breathable during active movement on the mountain.
Larrabee State Park: For the summer sessions, the sandstone sea cliffs provided the perfect "Longhaul" backdrop. Capturing bouldering during the golden hour highlights the durability and versatility of the gear in a high-friction, outdoor recreational setting.
Client: Cycling Frog
Collaborating with We Are Unicorns
The shoot with We Are Unicorns for Cycling Frog was an incredible experience. It was a project defined by spontaneity and a high level of creative energy—everyone on set was open to new ideas, which made it effortless to bring new concepts to life. Working with the team at We Are Unicorns was a blast; that kind of collaborative environment is exactly what allows creativity to flow naturally and stay relaxed.
The Product: Finding the Balance
Cycling Frog THC seltzers fit perfectly into a mindset of staying grounded while remaining productive. With a 5mg THC and 10mg CBD profile, they offer a refreshing and light experience that strikes the right balance between calm and focus.
For me, it isn’t just about winding down—it’s about finding that mental space where I can stay centered and keep the ideas coming.
Client: Ignik
The Concept: Analog Connection
In a world of constant digital noise, we headed out to find the quiet. This shoot wasn't just about a product; it was about the ritual of the outdoors.
Digital Detox: Putting the phones away to reclaim the art of a real conversation.
The Soundtrack of Nature: No speakers, no playlists—just the rhythmic pulse of propane, the low whisper of the flames, and the wind through the trees.
Tactile Quality: Highlighting the FireCan as more than gear; it’s a centerpiece for human connection.
The Locations: Dual Environments
Greenwater | The Deep Woods
The first leg of the shoot took us into the heart of the forest. The damp moss and towering evergreens provided a moody, grounded backdrop.
The Vibe: Heavy, textured, and intimate.
Visual Focus: The warm glow of the Ignik system against the cool, dark tones of the Washington timber.
Camano Island | The Open Coast
We shifted to the driftwood-strewn shores of Camano to capture a completely different energy.
The Vibe: Airy, expansive, and raw.
Visual Focus: Clean lines and natural light. The FireCan sitting on sun-bleached logs demonstrates its portability and "leave no trace" utility in sensitive coastal environments.
The Gear: Ignik FireCan & Gas Growler
This setup is a masterclass in functional design. It’s rugged enough for the back of a rig but refined enough for a backyard session.
Portable Heat: The FireCan’s "ammo can" design makes it incredibly packable.
Sustainable Power: Using the refillable Gas Growler eliminates the waste of single-use green canisters, staying true to the ethos of protecting the places we play.
